MonAI Community Standards & Child Safety Policy

MonAI – AI Art Generator is developed by Tesseract Mobile LLC. These Community Standards apply to all content generated, uploaded, or shared through MonAI.

1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

MonAI strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including AI-generated or altered imagery involving minors.
• Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or harms minors.

Attempts to create, upload, or share CSAE content are not allowed and may result in account action and reporting where required by law.

2. Handling of CSAM

If Tesseract Mobile LLC becomes aware of Child Sexual Abuse Material or CSAE content on MonAI:

• We will remove the content.
• We will report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required under U.S. law.

5. Compliance With Applicable Laws

Tesseract Mobile LLC may update these Standards as required.
